A videographer from Hout Bay has described how two men wielding pangas attacked him and his professional surfer friend as they walked from the Sandy Bay beachfront.
There was another mugging above Hout Bay on Sunday 3rd May.
Rangers established a broad manhunt across the mountain last September after an incident occurred on Signal Hill, resulting in the arrest of both suspects, SANParks announced in a statement.
