Overlooks the racecourse on Pioneer Road. Looking at the mountain the first climb takes the clean cut corner on the extreme left end of the lower rock band.
1. L.C.U. CORNER 62** M. LANCASTER J. MARKLAND
1. Climb the corner crack by finger jams and lay backs. Over the bulge the climbing thankfully eases.
Another easier line has been climbed up the slab and crack to the right of this buttress.
2. GODFREYS ROUTE F2* G. BOULTON
At the other end overlooking Thetsane is another, easier corner.
1 Climb the corner using holds on the right wall. Walk off to the right facing out.
3. GULLY WALK F3** M.LANCASTER P.SLATER
Two hundred metres back towards LCU corner is another tree filled corner.
1 Up the short undercut crack to the arbour.
2 From the belay there are several lines the two climbed on the first ascent are the left hand groove a good pitch and the slabby groove just right, slightly easier but with no protection.
Good tree for abseil.
An alp runs the full length of this face of the mountain. There are several boulders here that give good problems the best single boulder is the largest which lies below and to the right of the P.T.C. badge.
