Brian Weaver Back In The Game

After a long layoff, Brian Weaver is back and sending…  Brian recently sent Overlord, 8b+, in Waterval Boven.  The Route was bolted by Andrew Pedley a few years back and Sasha Diguilian grabbed the first Ascent during a trip to South Africa.

Brian is sponsored by Wild Country, DMM & La Sportiva,

Sasha, when you are a big league player and Gauteng hero such as Brian or Andrew, you call a route whatever you please.

I rate Brian only a bit more than Sasha. I would trust his naming and grade, he has done way more routes at boven.

Well done Brian. Its the most beautiful line in SA, hope you felt that when working it. I hope others try it too, its not that hard. I think Ivan and Griv would get it 3rd try! Andrew
