Table Mountain Cableway opens for weekend down trips

Table Mountain National Park is open to visitors who wish to hike.  Due to the influx of hikers on Table Mountain and the risks to hikers given the rapidly changing weather, the Cableway will open as a service to hikers from the top station only to enable hikers to descend the mountain safely.

TMACC will open as a service to hikers only with strict health and safety protocols in place.

Cable Cards can be used. For more information, including operating times and costs, check out tablemountain.net  and scroll down for information on the “hikers’ service”. For regular updates, such as closures due to weather conditions, keep an eye on their Facebook page

Nice job copying the MCSA newsletter Justin. 🙂
Why not give the Club some credit when you copy and paste stuff?

And you can get your Cable Card extended by a whole year if it expires during the lock-down.
