A screw link with a prominent superficial crack was found. The manufacturer of this product is PEGUET MAILLON RAPIDE SAS and many companies around the world installs and sells it. PEGUET is currently investigating the case. In the interests of customer safety, PEGUET has decided to immediately call for a safety check. A screw link with a crack must be withdrawn from use immediately.
