The Virgin Active Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of CityROCK Indoor Climbing. The two CityROCK gyms will be renamed as Virgin Active CLIMBING CLUBS when the new Johannesburg gym opens in August this year.

For almost a decade, the MCSA and other parties fought with neighbours whose newly built houses now blocked access to the mountain. There is now a publicly owned servitude path that cuts in between 2 of the houses so you can get access to the mountain and the Kop.
BD have just released its new range of small cams. They are officially known as the X4 Camalots. Rumor has it that internally, they were known as Predators, a tongue-in-cheek code word to take on Aliens, the one-time market leader for small cams.
The outdoors is getting greater. More people going outdoors, that translates to more customers and more stuff to buy and sell. Business is good.
