CityROCK full time route setting/maintenance position

We are looking for a full time route setter at CityROCK.

Responsibilities:

Delivers & maintains high quality engaging routes in a commercial gym setting.
Managing, scheduling and motivating a team of CityROCK route setters.
Hiring & training new route setters.
Maintaining route quality, distribution & rotation throughout the gym.
Hold ordering.
Communicating with our customers about route quality and keeping up to date with current trends.
Managing the setting schedule and working together with outside organisers to accommodate leagues and competitions.
Responsible for all route setting equipment, safety checks and monthly report to be submitted to management.
Required to do 1 - 2 days maintenance a week.
Will cross over into gym/shop related activities as needed.

Minimum requirements:

Must be an active outdoor climber.
Good managerial skills.
Candidate should be a creative problem solver.
Computer skills. Excel, Word etc.

Handyman/practical skills a plus.

Pay dependent upon experience.
