Cape Town Bouldering?

Hi! I'll be in Cape Town Jan 26-30 and am hoping to do some outdoor bouldering. I haven't had a lot of luck finding info on local areas, so if anyone is interested in meeting up and showing a friendly stranger a few spots, I would be grateful! I usually climb V3-V5 outside (in U.S. grades, so B4-B6 in ZA grades?) and I'm just hoping to see what some of the local rock has to offer!

Some decent boulders on the foot of Table Mountain (see Deer Park; Bright Lights and The Terrace).

I prefer the cliffs higher up so won't take you bouldering though. Hope you can find some locals (maybe visit Bloc 11 or City Rock)

Loads of stuff in that grade range around here. We tend to use the Font grading here.
