I am posting on behalf of a friend:
I am doing a feature on sports climbing crags for a new travel website and am looking for a couple of pictures of the following crags. They need to be in landscape format, or, if portrait format, have enough space to crop. Ideally with climbers in, but not essential. If anyone can help, please email me fmctosh@icon.co.za. Thanks, Fiona McIntosh, 082 556 4938

Hi!
Firstly, why exclude Umgeni river valley, Bronkies, boven and eagle mountain?
Secondly, do you want photos for free, or are you willing to pay (I assume you will be renumerated for your efforts / have some financial benefit?)
If you are not looking for freebies, then I have photos, and I can also refer you to the following photographers that may help:
- Micky Wiswedel
- Benjamin Graham
- Brendon Salzer
there are others too, but these guys came to mind.
Please understand that to take a good photo involves luck, skill, time, and significant investment. It would be nice to partially offset capital investment against a sale.

Re: Sports climbing crags
There is nothing that annoys me more than when people ask for photos for free and say they will give you a credit. This sums up these sentiments well: http://www.petapixel.com/2012/01/10/thi ... -not-free/
Of course the request for photos above does not specify no-pay but the non-mention of it basically implies you are going to be asked to give your photos for free!
