We were hit with the tragic news that Errol Nienaber has passed away yesterday (5th November 2023) - I'm assuming that many of his climbing friends may be unaware of this. Errol has contributed greatly to the climbing community, with a number of first ascents. A great, cheerful bloke to have been in the mountains with! He has left a huge hole in Haenertsburg's community too.
