Its amazing how things have changed since Philippe Petit's time (ie Man on Wire) where it was a super underground operation as compared to this hype. Shows what media attention and thus funding to sway private building owners' perception on activities like this is (read money).
On a related note, for us that prefer the line a bit looser, it does give me hope for the growing highline community and the possibility of some awesome urban lines in the distant future for cape town though

(and acceptance of natural lines in our mountains too!)
