Eric Hanson is a seasoned veteran when it comes to canyon country, and on August 4, 2017, he became personally acquainted with just how dangerous the landscape can be. That day, Hanson and three friends set out to traverse Behunin Canyon in Zion National Park and got stuck in a terrifying flash flood.
