Anyone intending to visit Redhill / KleinPlaas: Be advised...
Two persons accosted hikers as they arrived at the Kleinplaas Dam. Apparently one of the hikers was struck in the leg with a bullet. The assailants went off on the path on the left towards Red Hill.

Witnessed another mugging at Redhill Kleinplaas dam today. 4 youths between about 10 and 16 with a pitbull robbed a couple with a toddler. Nobody injured. A few weeks ago when I was cycling the road a cyclist told me some dudes tried to pull him off his bike. This area is a real hotspot at the moment

Saturday 9th Jan
Around 3pm today 2 men were at kleinplaas dam. They were approached by 2 men from the other end of the dam wall. They casually went thru the guys bag when confronted what they were doing they pulled a gun. Left with a black kway backpack. 2 men about 5.11" one darker than the other. One had a camo jacket on. Left back along the dam wall. Pls be careful
