Devil's tooth in Groot Drakenstein

Hi friends,

I want to try hike/scramble/climb the Devil's tooth in Groot Drakenstein near Stellenbosch.

Does anyone have any advice or important info for me?

The easiest way looks to be from Duiwelskloof and up to the neck behind it, then scramble up the back.

Can park at Kylemore and walk up to the contour path then across to Devil's Kloof, then scramlbe up to saddle between devils tooth and Hutchinson's butress, then up the paarl side of the tooth it is pretty well cairned.

I did it about a year and half ago and there was a very good path which look very new, leading from the saddle towards paarl side, we used this a decent.

Although the somewhat rambling route to the summit is easy there is plenty of suspect rock around so be cautious.
