After arriving in Angola in August 2022 and finding very little developed climbing, Nathan set out on a journey to explore the amazing rock in the country. Along the way, he encountered droves of enthusiastic barefoot kids, a drunk village chief wielding a machete, and endless walls of rock.
Join us as we visit the developing climbing areas of Angola, from the conglomerate towers of Pedras Negras, Kwanza Sul's granite domes, and the quartz walls of Serra da Leba's canyons.
Meet the new generation of local climbers in these areas and learn how climbing has been a positive force for change in their lives.
